The SWORWIB collaborates with faith-and community-based organizations in Greater Cincinnati to provide information, resources and support to job seekers.

Job Circles provide a comfortable environment to discuss issues and experiences for those who are new to their job. This training manual provides information to faith-based groups and community based groups that may want to host Job Circles for newly employed. 

Job Search Support Groups can offer a range of networking and job searching discussions by professionals in the field.

The SuperJobs Center provides work readiness training to job seekers, and then refers them to groups that offer Job Circles or other support services.
