If you dropped out of high school before graduating, you are not alone. About 30 Ohio students in a class of 100 don’t make it to Graduation Day. If you have been out of school for a while, you may realize that not having a high school diploma or GED has a serious impact on your ability to obtain a job and earn a living wage.
Full-time workers age 25 and over without a high school diploma had median weekly earnings of $471, compared with $618 for high school graduates (no college) and $1,131 for those holding at least a bachelor’s degree
